Great experience with this shop! My car had a fuel pump issue, and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. The team was professional, honest, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places. My car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend their service!

Scammers! I told the guy at the front desk that I wanted my car’s A/C checked. He took my keys and said “OK” without mentioning any inspection fee. About 10 minutes later, he told me there was a problem with the A/C and that it would cost $500 to fix. I said, “No thank you, that’s overpriced.” Then he told me I had to pay $80 just for the inspection. He refused to give me my keys back until I paid. I felt pressured into paying just to get my car back. Very disappointing experience.

I go to this place all the time for my oil change and have never been treated so terrible till this experience I had today. When I went to drop my car off the man I spoke to was very dismissive and barely let me finish my sentence. When I went back to pick my vehicle I was made aware that they didn’t even rotate my tires As I asked because the mechanic that I dropped my car off with forgot to do it and was about to charge me an extra $25 to do it because he forgot. He was rude condescending. I have never been treated that way By anyone and it was very eye-opening. It felt as though he was trying to take advantage of a young female, as if he thought I didn’t know what I said or what I asked to do to my vehicle. I usually love this place, but I don’t know if I will return after this experience.

Have used this business many times in the past to mount/balance tires I've purchased elsewhere. Used to be quick, reliable and inexpensive. Recently used them and noticed the manager/owner has changed. New person denies this, but proceeds to charge me a ridiculous fee for mount/balance on (2) trailer tires. And even upped his price $30 MORE the next day I brought in the other (2) tires. I refused and paid the previous (still ridiculous) amount. What was once a great little shop under the original owner is now a “size up the customer” ripoff establishment. And I hope it fails!!!!!

This shop is a local gem! The best! Honest, kind, fast, high quality service, and competitive pricing.
